OMT calls are authorized at the WAVE gateway (api.wave.online): reads require the omt:read scope and writes require omt:write, both fail-closed. This edge spoke holds no keys and runs no metering. OMT is in preview — the gateway routes and scope-gates the path, but the native transport relay is not yet generally available.
